I am a hairdresser for 37 years and have had my share of shears and very expensive $400 to &1,000 range. These are an excellent buy. They are light and cut very smooth. I highly recommend this shear.

My previous pair of inexpensive drug store hair trimmer scissors broke while trimming my bangs. I wanted a nice pair of good trimming scissors and these have just a little extra pizazz. I trim my own hair and it is thick and layered and long. I see a stylist for updating hair styles, but for inbetween split end clean up and bang trimming, these adorable dragon styled blades fit the bill! They are very sharp and easily get a precise trim. The bonus clip is very useful, I'm looking into getting a few more for using when making my 4 hair sections during styling and trimming. Mostly I'm just thrilled I can keep my bangs out of my eyes once again. My teenage daughter was impressed with the design but I think her taste would have suited the purple scissors more. The more understated silver suits my taste. I was worried that these would not be as sturdy and more of a novelty scissor because they are so cute, but this is a quality sturdy sharp product.

I received my shears super fast!! I love the beautiful colors and I have got many compliments from my clients! Not only do they look pretty they are really sharp! Cut myself the first time I used them, which is a good thing!! I would definitely recommend them to my coworkers! The price and feel of the shears are unbelievable for this price! I bought these as a back up pair. I read through several different reviews for several shears and decided on this pair. They are very pretty. They are fairly sharp and cut surprisingly well for being so cheap. However, the definitely aren't add good as the expensiveprofessional shears that you can buy. I like my shears to be quiet when they cut and these definitely aren't quiet, but they do get the job done decently.

I've been a licensed hair stylist for 7 years. I do a lot of haircuts daily and these shears do the job. I get so many compliments on them (they are beautiful). They are sharp and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone! Such a great buy.
