This works great. Lowered our cholesterol quite a bit. Taste is fine and not that bad at all. Actually kind of tasty. They work best just before a meal. I take mine 15 min before. They work for us.

I have been using this product for 6 months after being told by my doctor that I needed medication to lower my cholesterol. I refused and said I would do it myself through diet. I put myself on a low cholesterol diet and used these tablets as additional support each time I ate a meal that contained any cholesterol. In 4 months I had lowered my LDL score by 50 points! And my doctors comment changed from 'needs medication' to ' can be controlled with diet and exercise' I have carried on and am awaiting my next check up with the doctor to see if it has lowered more. I'm still not 100% sure of the best way to take these tablets. Sometimes I take them before a meal but usually straight after so the vanilla flavor doesn't ruin the taste of my meal. I have been taking these for a few months with no problem. Unfortunately, my last order had two bottles that smelled and tasted bad.

The flavor is palatable, not a bad taste at all. A little chalky, but doable no problem. I cannot tell its affects yet for lowering cholesterol as I only started a few days ago. Since it's plant-based, it should do the job!

This product seems to be working for me. In conjunction with other supplements and diet change my cholesterol levels have come down into a normal range.

I tried to return product since it is more of a cholesterol blocker- which I don't need; but this is 1 of the few Amazon products that is not returnable. I'm a little disappointed.

I use this product instead of prescription medications. It seems to work as well if not better. I've had great numbers when using this product. When I used prescription products from my doctor, one in particular changed the color of my eyes from deep blue to light blue. That cannot be good. When I used another prescription product I had severe pain in my muscles With this I haven't noticed any side effects. For me this is a great product. I recommend giving it a try for a couple of weeks (or however long your doctor recommends) then get your cholesterol tested to see if it works for you.
