Birds of Ohio Field Guide (Bird Identification Guides)

This book is very informative on multiple characteristics of the birds using plain language. I love that you can search for birds by primary color (little tabs on the corner of the page) and gives similar looking birds to help narrow your search. The photos are good quality and make sure to show special differences. The male and female pics are so helpful too. I love my 2nd edition so much that I gave this one to my new bird enthusiast friend who is new to Ohio. The small size is great to fit in a jacket pocket or a back pants pocket. Love it!

We got this to look up all the birds we see at our feeders. The pictures are great and we like how it's sorted by bird color. Most helpful for quick looking.

Just started feeding birds this year on patio and this book is so easy to look up different birds! It’s simple and it is organized by the color of the birds! Gives you a brief description of birds and beautiful pictures ♥️

Very informative especially for our area in Ohio

Book is color coded, so easy to find unknown birds. If the female looks different than the male, they have included a small photo and provides the page # to get more details with a larger photo of the female. Love this book
