As I get older, my lashes have thinned out some. I thought maybe this was due to both aging and dry skin, so I wanted to try something that would keep my lashes moisturized. This serum goes on like eyeliner, and is very easy to apply. It absorbs into the base of my lashes quickly, unlike castor oil which is much thicker and sticky feeling. While I haven't noticed a big difference in longer or thicker lashes, I can see that they are shinier and healthier looking. I also don't seem to be losing as many lashes.

Not the greatest lash serum I have used - but I have noticed SOME shift in my lash length - nothing huge but they do seem less brittle!

I can't give a long-term review of the lash serum but I can attest that it doesn't stain your eye lids! I'm not very familiar with all the other brands of lash growing serums out there, but I do recall seeing that warning on the first major brand that came out a few years ago.... That totally deterred me from using it. I'm also not totally sure if I would have paid out of pocket for this if I would not have been given the opportunity to try it first (seeing as after opening something like this, it's generally not returnable)... But I'm happy with the outcome that it doesn't stain my eyelids and I'll keep trying it until I see a difference or until I'm able to conclude that it can't provide one.

I had seen people say this helped their lashes thicken up, but I didn't see any change in thickness or length of my lashes at all. I used this at least 4-5x a week for 3 weeks or so and didn't see anything. Gave up after that, maybe it works if you stick with it longer but I wasn't impressed overall.

I see many mixed reviews on this serum but I actually had luck with it.I'm on week three of using this serum daily and my lashes are visibly thicker.I've used multiple high end brands of lash serums and have had luck with length improvement but not thickness. I plan on combining this serum with my grandelash to get ultimate results!

I’ve used another product for my eyelashes and this one seems to be better. The other product Irritated my eyes. This product goes on really well.My eyelashes are already more conditioned and look more lustrous.

Several lash growing treatments feature Biotinoyl Tripeptide and Lira has it toward the top in the middle of the ingredients list. It’s a form of Vitamin B that is used in several better brands of eyelash growth products. However, you’d never know that because the ingredients list is not here in the listing. We encourage the good folks at Lira to add right away. Anything near our precious eyes shouldn’t be a mystery and detective work should not be necessary either. Oddly, even the company website left us guessing until the product arrived. That’s too late.With Biotinoyl Tripeptide don’t expect “Instant Alfred Einstein” yet we know you really don’t want THAT anyway, do you? Clinical studies do reinforce that Vitamin B can enhance growth. Our teen daughter is truly not the complainer type yet she is always looking for more body in her eyelashes and eyebrows. Typically, she would to give it a month to see if she can note and more thickness and body.Lira also includes a common yet somewhat controversial preservative, Phenoxyethanol. Its use is often strongly discouraged by safe cosmetics advocates to be used around infants including those who are breast feeding and studies indicate this preservative should be avoided around the youngest of children. Keep in mind that several beauty brands include Phenoxyethanol and reactions are uncommon.

I’ve always avoided products like this for fear of pigmentation side effects. This product moisturizes and hydrates my lashes. There is no pigmentation change. While I have not seen more or thicker lashes, they do look better and healthier. I had not realized how dry my eye lash line was. Non-irritating.
