Nearly perfect, and certainly good enough!
These worked phenomenally for attaching plywood to the steel structure of an RV - I'm giving them five stars. Nonetheless, I have one complaint and one area that should be improved. Complaint: On a small number of screws, the epoxy coating is too thick making it difficult or impossible to engage the driver into the head. I'm sure the bit could be hammered in, but I just tossed the few affected fasteners. Improvement: Similar screws from Teks etc. have "wings" to bore through the wood and prevent the threads of the screw from drawing the wood up while the tip drills. If these had that feature, they would be The Best. If you're wondering why I used these screws instead of Teks etc., it's because these have a Torx drive, which is far more reliable and less prone to stripping. For that reason alone I'd buy these again over Teks, but that feature is definitely lacking here.

Screws broke due to rain
I had bought the treated pine wood for this fence 4 months ago in order to let it dry out. We were in a bit of a drought during that time so the wood was good and dry. I installed the fence and the first time it rained (a little over a week later) the planks of wood started falling off. I had put 6 screws in each plank, 2 on the top, 2 on the middle and 2 on the lower rails. I wrote the seller and they apparently think this is normal. They said the screws weren't defective it's just that the wood swelled when it rained and this is expected. This was normal treated Pine fencing on an aluminum gate, this was the intended purpose of the screws but they failed horribly. The moral of the story is, don't use these screws if it sometimes rains where you live and it doesn't rain at other times, your fencing will fall off and it is apparently expected! Below is the correspondence with the seller. I had written them a 3rd time but they never responded and the 30 days had passed for the return window. From me to seller;I used these to attach 4" wide fence planks to an aluminum frame 2 weeks ago. The wood was treated and sitting in my yard drying out for at least 4 months before attaching to the frame. I live in Texas and we hadn't had rain for nearly 3 months. It rained last week causing the wood to swell, I'm guessing. I walked out after the first rain and 3 of the 25 -30 boards are laying on the ground having snapped all 6 screws in each board. I just walked out there again and I must have 20 or more screws snapped. Was there a defective batch sent out or all of them this bad? My ORDER #From seller to me;Sorry for the issue. When your wood is completely dry from sitting the sun and you reintroduce moisture into the wood there will be swelling causing pressure on the screws. They are not a defective batch of screws. The pressure from the wood expanding is causing the problem. In any application when using dry lumber it is important to accommodate for moisture to be reintroduced and leave gaps in between each plank. Lumber is always going to expand and retract as moisture levels change.

Good product
I am using these self tapping screws to fasten OSB board to my metal garage building. I was skeptical as I read some reviews stating they break. So far, they have been so strong if I don’t stop quick enough, it actually strips out the hole in the beam out. I have had just a few that did not want to self tap. Other than that. I think they are great and would buy again.

Kept breaking
Screws broke off on the first trip of the trailer. Seamed to be fine until I drove it. Had to replace half of them

Worked great! Skeptical at first...
Used to secure wood top to metal trailer supports. All screws but 5 (no patience) worked as advertised. I would absolutely use these screws again. Glad I wasn't screwed, but my trailer did!!!!! Great product!
