This product is a life saver. It is so much easier to consume than vitamin c capsules or powder (you don't have to stop and get a glass, water, etc.). All you have to do is spray it in your mouth. Tastes great. Four sprays is one gram of vitamin c. No dodgey ingredients or sugar. It is such an easy and great way to get daily vitamin c in my 3 and 5 year old. It really helps to ward off a scratchy throat and is so effective that I have one in my purse, the car, our kitchen, each kids room and the master bedroom. I've even given it to family as gifts. I wouldn’t be with this vitamin C spray! A powerhouse to aid my health as I don’t consume much fruit.Love that I can just spray and swallow. Has a nice citrus taste. I haven’t had a cold this past winter or this Spring thus far. I definitely think it is a boost for my immunity. Highly recommend if you don’t like swallowing pills. Yes, I will continue my subscription for this.

I love the option that it comes in a spray bottle versus another challenging tablet to swallow and will be far faster to absorb. The taste is great! So nice to have a quality option.
