Best Knives money can buy
Such a relief. I bought my last Global Knives more than 25 years ago and this is just as good. Slices with a wave and keeps its edge.I have big hands and should have gone for the big handled paring knife. The balance is great but when gripped for slicing feels a little light.

Wonderful knives
Global knives are just lovely. They are beautifully weighted and cut like a dream. Best not to put these in the dishwasher though. Treat them nicely and they will never let you down :D

Very sharp, easy to handle
Easy and comfortable to use, good weight balance between blade and handleThe edge seems to need honing more often than other knives, but I think that is to be expected for a sharper knife

Great knife but small
Was bought as a present but the end user says the handle is too small and they find it hard to grip. I agree
