I was worried about these. I thought they would easily snap because of all the other reviews. But the material is thick. I got the gold one, so maybe each color has a different thickness and can withstand different pressures. Overall good.

I have this band in my luggage for workouts when I’m traveling. It’s a great design and seems to be very well constructed. I’ll buy more as gifts for my friends into fitness and strength training.

I have many thera band products and usually cut them to a size I need. This band I don’t have to cut it as it has several sections. This allows me to use it for different exercises.

I can not believe this snapped. I was using this Band for shoulder strength training. Light rehab type workouts. I use the Green, Blue and this Yellow. The Green and Blue are used in the same exercise and they are fine so far. I have also had the Green and Blue longer. They are used much more. This morning in a light stretching exercise the gold just completely snapped. Horrible. I've read some complaining about this. No way to know if anything is legit on AMAZON. You better check because Amazon is the wild wild west. You can't tell if the supplements you buy here are real either. Garbage and Garbage website. I can not tell if its amazon fraud or a the Theraband product. Considering i have 2 others that have not done this I blame Amazon.

You can do it in your living room or in a hotel room , simple and easy, need a harder workout, go down a loop, need a lighter workout , just go up a loop, great innovation

Kinesiotherapy @Hines VAMC gave me regular therabands. I had to pay for this out of pocket and it is absolutely worth it.

So far I like the bands, used them for a few weeks now. I love the openings that go up the band so you can grip what ever height you want up the band. Holds up and has not broke.

I liked this product a lot until it snapped. The loops were very beneficial as you could use it for a variety of exercises. It snapped after a few months of using it. However, I did put it in tension quite a lot as I was working out. The fact that it's double sided is good because when it ripped, it only ripped on one side, so it's still usable, but provides half of the resistance obviously.

Did some banded walks (monster walks) and it broke after a month. The resistance was good, but overall, this product is quite fragile.

I was super excited for this. It took about 4 weeks to get it although it lasted only a couple before it snapped. I thought it was a great product, took care of it and put back in the box after each use. Would love to rate it higher but I can't understand how it wouldn't last longer than its shipping time.
