NATURE MADE
Delicious and healthy! Nature MadeI love these strawberry gummies from Nature Made! They're delicious and have a intense strawberry flavor. I liked that they're sugar-free and made with natural ingredients. I've been taking them as a healthy snack and they've helped me satisfy my sweet tooth. But the best part is that I've noticed a significant change in my hair, nails, and skin. My hair looks stronger and shinier, my nails are stronger and grow faster, and my skin looks more radiant and healthy. The texture of the gummies is smooth and chewy, and the packaging is practical and easy to take on-the-go. I recommend these gummies to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious option to improve their overall well-being. I'll definitely buy them again!

Great product
I appreciate this supplement because it helps immensely with constipation! And magnesium also helps with vitamin D3 absorption. The flavor is great.

Works and taste is good for product type
This works and is a quality product but it tastes bad and the texture is off plus you need like 2-4 of them a day (calories and a lot of sugar) to get enough. However the taste is actually better than most of its competitors and the texture appears to be the norm for magnesium gummies so it is not bad for what it is but just still… I would prefer tasteless magnesium but the pills of another brand didn’t work for me. These are really high absorption. Naturemade also makes pills but the pills are huge so I will probably stick with the gummies as they are making me feel great.

They Do Not Taste Good But I am Not Easting Candy Here
Nature Made High Absorption Magnesium Citrate Gummies are a mixed bag for me. I got these for my son to help with magnesium absorption due to his medication, and while they do the job, there are a few downsides worth noting.First, the taste isn’t great. My son’s expression said it all the first time he tried them! I gave them a go myself and, while not candy-like, they’re tolerable—this isn’t about flavor, after all, but getting a magnesium boost. However, they could certainly be improved.Another drawback is the higher calorie count—30 calories for two gummies to get 200 mg of magnesium feels steep. While magnesium citrate is known for its excellent absorption, those with sensitive stomachs might consider alternatives like magnesium glycinate, which is typically gentler. On the positive side, Nature Made is a reputable and trusted brand. These gummies are manufactured in Canada, which adds peace of mind compared to many supplements of unclear origin (often China). The quality and safety standards here are reassuring, and that’s important when it comes to supplements. In summary, while these gummies aren’t perfect (taste, calories, and dosage are drawbacks), they’re still a reliable choice if you’re looking for an effective magnesium supplement and value quality over flavor. Better than many options out there, but room for improvement!

Magnesium gummy
The museum supplement easy to chew and swallow. You do not have to swallow a tablet. They are very sweet, which may be liked by some people.

New version sticky, not as tasty..
A few months ago, I would've given this 10 stars. Someone else mentioned a recent change, and I have too. They don't taste as good, but for me, they are FAR more chewier and stick to my teeth (ESPECIALLY where I've had dental work done). I know a majority of gummy supplements are like this, that's one of the main reasons I LOVED this brand's magnesium gummies. I've noticed the total sugar count has decreased from 6mg to 5mg per serving. If the sugar content was far lower, I might understand the change more, but not for just 1mg. Obviously, there must've been other reasons for the change, especially since others have noticed they aren't as pleasant tasting. The previous ones were soft, very easy to chew, and actually tasted great. I feel the previous version helped me better (digestive and otherwise), but that may be due to the fact that I'm not so quick to grab and take these as routinely as I did the previous formula. I wish they'd go back, but that will only likely happen if their sales decrease. I wish I had an older bottle to see exactly what was changed in the ingredient list. And just to note, I see photos of both kinds in the product reviews. The original ones were shorter and thicker, the newer ones are a bit taller, and thinner. I've had these on subscription for quite some time, but will likely cancel that (my biggest issue is the sticking to my teeth and dental work- makes chewing them SO unpleasant). That could just be me though.
