Well putting all these books in a bundle - whoever did it had not read them as they all contradict each others claims and principles. Found Dr gundrys book interesting as he covers gut health, but the others are strong opinionated writers with conflicting ‘evidence’ that they have used to justify reasons which in another book in the collection presents evidence or opinions for the opposite!Quite funny really!
