KOHLER K-97621-BNK, one-size, Anodized Brushed Nickel

It was easy to install and feels solid with a good mount. I think it looks nice, and my client is happy with it. I wish that there were suction cups, or heavier rubber so that the soap bar part would stay in place better. Time will tell. I have a feeling that the soap rubber part will be tossed as it feels pretty useless.

Installed by a plumber, dont see any problems. Looks and works great. Not the longest, just nice length for soap, if you need to hold more, suggest buying the 14inch floating shower, seems slightly better value . Or buy both like I did!

Excellent quality. Heavy product. Quality finish. Can be installed by ANYONE who can ACCURATELY measure and use a level.

Well made and fits in with the Choreograph grab rails, Loire shower head, Loire rain shower and Loire control valve. Kohler stuff is a bit pricey but you can put together a great contemporary.

Let's start by saying this the nicest looking shower shelf you'll find. That being said, it has two fatal flaws:1. The screws are not countersunk 100%, so they interfere with the shelf when trying to slide it onto the brackets.2. The notches are extremely tight when sliding the shelf down.For $80+, I should not have to modify any of the pieces, and it should fit properly. Unfortunately, this shelf will only slide down 3/4 of the way onto the brackets and it's so tight, it will never come off without damaging the tile. Simple quality control in the factory would have avoided this nightmare.

Item sent is not as described or pictured. A thin/cheap rubber trivet was included, not chrome. Otherwise, the shelf is in fact chrome and of high quality.

Do NOT waste your money. I used these shelves in a bathroom remodel, and after just 9 months the wall brackets are completed corroded and falling apart. I am absolutely stunned at how cheaply made these things are considering they were $80 a pop.So yeah, I spent $800 on shelves that are rotting apart in < 1 year. I will NEVER buy anything made by Kohler ever again. I have learned my lesson.
