This is GREAT! I sent a pic and they made the puzzle. Looks just like the picture I provided. Not pixelated at all. I'm so very pleased. My pictures show the complete puzzle with one showing my hand for size reference.

So many issues I don't even know where to start...-took FOREVER to get to us, kept being delayed-once it did arrive there was black ink leaked on one side of the puzzle and on the back (seen in other reviews, seems to be a common problem)-the pieces fell apart easily-the pieces are just like a few different variations over and over again so if you have any kind of a similar color (think like a sky or something) its impossible to get the pieces in the right placeI have literally NEVER written a review for ANYTHING but if I can save someone else the trouble it will be well worth taking the time to write this one

The item came 6 days late. I understand it’s a tough time for shipping and what not. When going through the slabs of pieces I found this ink leak. Kinda disappointing, I frame my puzzles. This is one of my favorite pictures and the ink leak is not in a place that will be easy to hide. Other than that I like the wood pieces.

Received the item 5 weeks after ordering. The puzzle backing is balsa and was NOT cut all the way through. The pieces were fragile and easily damaged trying to disassemble them as they came in large sections instead of individual pieces. I tried to separate them with a razor blade and they fragment easily. The backing should be a cardboard type with rounded edges as with all puzzles is standard. I'm attempting a return, but with a "third party" seller, it is highly unlikely.

It came like two months late and it’s put together! We ordered a 1000 pc puzzle and it came in about ten pieces

I love how my puzzles turned out. It did take a little longer to receive them, but I contacted them and they let me know of the delay. Covid-19 caused all sorts of issues. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I purchased this item as a birthday gift for my daughter on April 12th. It did not arrive until May 20th. My daughter called me to thank me. She said it appears to be good quality, but she was perplexed as to why it was partially put together. Also the box doesn't have a photo of what the completed puzzle will look like.

Puzzle pieces missing and both packagings were damaged upon arrival to my home. It took a month to come in. I didn't like the fact that it came in 8 pieces fully intacked. I put them together in 5 minutes, that's how I realized there were pieces missing. I then took 20 more minutes taking them apart so we can start over again.
