Does it come with the clamp that goes around the extinguisher or do you have to get your own?

The Bracketeer Car Fire Extinguisher Bracket uses the plastic cradle with strap that comes with the Kidde fire extinguishers that are recommended. We have found that this provides a secure mounting solution for most regular street applications.For extreme conditions, such as motor sports or off road applications we recommend the optional Kidde 2-strap metal cradle part number 466465KID. It's around $10 and available from various vendors online.

Does the fire extinguisher come with it or you have it purchase one separately ?

You'll need to purchase one separately. Great product by the way. I have installed two in my Dodge Ram and one in my wife's Ford Edge.

Will this work on a 2012 BMW 535i?

I have installed one in a 2012 BMW 550i - so I am sure it will be fine. Will this work on a 2012 Ford Explorer (4 door)?
