Excellent fire extinguisher. Big enough to do some good in an emergency. Having it is peace of mind. Included wall bracket is heavy duty and easy to install.

A Fire Extinguisher rated 4A:60B,C is a good sized dry chemical fire extinguisher for Class A: Ordinary combustible fires (wood, paper, plastic, etc.); Class B: Flammable liquid fires (oil, gas, petroleum, etc.); and Class C: Electrical fires. The 4A means that it is the equivalent of 5 gallons of water for Class A type fires, while the 60 means it will cover 60 square feet for Class B type fires. Pretty good, and a good price. Keeping in mind that one of this size will only last for just less than 20 seconds, so having multiple such extinguishers is a great idea. I now have 3 for a 2,300 square foot home.

Great value for the price. Easy instructions, decent size for a two to three bedroom house. Quality assured and quick usage. Recommend two for peace of mind safety in your home.

I wanted to address several negative issues that were voiced by previous customers. Specifically, the "loose" pin that is removed to activate the handle AND, the wall bracket. Here's what I found on the fire extinguisher I received.The activation pin is held in by a small plastic break-through line that keeps the pin from inadvertently falling out. In a fire emergency, the pin could easily be pulled out and doesn't need to be cut to activate the extinguisher. Yes, if you cut the line, the pin is not a tight fit. You don't want it to be a tight fit.Some reviews had mentioned a "cheap plastic bracket". There is a very stout metal hanger that is included with the fire extinguisher. It has two verticaly oriented screw mounting holes(screws not included). The hanger should be mounted against a stud, in an open and easy to get to location. The exteinguisher weighs almost 9 lbs so do not use molly screws/bolts, toggle bolts, or anything that just uses the sheetrock for support.There is also a plastic ring that holds the rubber nozzle in close the extinguisher body. You slip it on from the top and position it to hold the hose nozzle close to the body.

Comfort and peace of mind knowing I have this within reach just in case! Quality and size passes all requirements for my fire inspection! Hardware made it easy-to-use and hang!

Looks good, but I was surprised that the hose was loose on 2 of the 3 I ordered. You can't just use a normal wrench to tighten either, I had to use my bike cone wrenches.

This is a medium size steel rechargeable fire extinguisher that should be able to handle any kitchen fire. It is heavily made and seems to be very good quality. It came with all the hardware to be mounted on a wall though we will keep it on the floor just under our peninsula within reach. Very glad to have it after watching a neighbors house burn down because they weren't equipped to stop a small fire right when it started. We now have two extinguishers strategicly placed in our home. We also added a couple fire blankets. A few dollars versus a whole house.

Must have for any home . I chose this one due to the size. Easy to follow directions and comes with a brace to mount .
