Remington PF7500 Comfort Series Lithium F5 Interceptor Foil Shaver Razor

Nice and quiet, let’s me know when it needs charging

This is the second one i have purchased for my son. He has tried many other electric razors and swears that this is the best one he ever used.

This replaces my 10 year old Remington that just stop working.

it is a good product and works very well.

I had been using a Norelco with the three heads. Some of the hairs it just wouldn't cut. Some hears on the neck, near the nostrils and some hairs by the sideburns. For some reason it wouldn't cut those. I had to use the trimmer. Also if I let things go a few days, the Norelco just wasn't good at cutting the longer hairs. I got by. So when time passed and I was thinking about getting a replacement, I considered this.This cuts all the the hairs the first pass. And it has no problems getting the hairs in those out of the way hard to reach places near the nostrils. And if I let my beard grow for two or more days, it has no problem cutting through all those weeds. This is definitely the best electric razor I've ever had the pleasure of using.

very close shave

The RPMs seem lower than my previous copy of the same model (which had started failing after about six years but was still in my waste basket and would run for 10 - 20 secs at a time; i could hear and otherwise sense the drop off in power in the current copy). Also, it generates a funny rattle sound when the head swivels too far to one side, as if one of a cutter is rubbing against the foil guard. That never happened before. FYI, I've used the razor mb five times since purchase. Also, as noted, my previous razor was this identical model and I've been using similar Remington models for the last thirty years. Something is amiss.

Gives a great shave

This razor is built to do what is supposed to do and remington nailed it.I have tried the more expensive German engineered electric razor which is 4x the price of this product and let me tell you it doesn't even come close to this machine.You will not go wrong if you decide to purchase this. Especially good for sensitive skin.

Have shaved several times with this product. It does what it says. Close, clean shave. Easy to clean, waterproof. Simple. I was skeptical but it worked well - even on my hard, stubby hairs. if the blades last a year or two, i'm only out about 95$ CDN and up a few bucks on the razor industry. The price of razors in this country is ridiculous. Go with this product. It's probably eco-friendly too - you don't throw away razors all the time. Pop the cap off, tap it a few times, rinse the blades, tap again, done. I don't baby my electric razor and only wish for it to last about a year - be realistic. It ain't surgery or rocket science. You ain't out for it to last 5 years. One or two would be exceptionally good. Then just buy another. gg

I lost my luggage and Braun series 5 electric shaver upon returning for a trip. I was looking for an inexpensive electric shaver as a replacement and came across the Remington F5. The first thing that I noticed is it is not as solid and well built as my Braun shaver that I paid just under $200 for. However, the second thing that I noticed is the Remington shaver provided a much closer, smoother and less painful shave than my Braun electric razor. I eventually got my Braun shaver back but I decided to continue using the Remington shaver because of the better and less painful shave. I guess I am glad that I lost my Braun or I would have never discovered the F5. P.S. it works best with Lectic Shave lotion.

Great product at a great price. The shave on this unit is much better than the shave on a much more expensive unit that I have purchased in the past.My son has the same unit that is now a few years old and he still lives it. Gives a great shave for days when you don’t want to pull out the razor. Give a clean smooth shave that doesn’t irritate or leave a burn on your skinHighly recommended.

Gives a close shave without skin irritation. Good battery life. Slightly fiddly to clean. The only annoying thing is the price of the replacement cutters. Sadly it probably makes more sense to buy a new shaver, which is irresponsible of the company when it should be discouraging waste. I am also not aware that they take used shavers back for recycling.
