I bought 5 x5 litres of Sandtex Masonry Paint, initially only 1 was delivered, but the tracking indicated all 5 had been delivered.I got onto Amazon who put me directly in touch with Premiun Products WB they were very prompt in responding to my messages and kept me informed of the situation regarding the outstanding 4 x 5 litres, within 24 hours the 4x 5 litres was delivered.No fuss, no delays, good communication, Great Customer Service. I will use this company again.The Sandtex is a good quality product I have used it a number of times before, the coverage us very good, drying times are fairly rapid , It is relatively easy to apply with little drippage, Two coats to external masonry is usually more than enough will buy again when required.

Damaged paint goods
This item has been delivered damaged paint coming through base if the tin , I am having great difficulty getting a replacement and not really suitable to return via Evri who delivered it

Not rain proof in one hour
I bought this product because it says on the tin that it’s rain proof in one hour so it can be used if rain is expected.Rain had been forecast all week but I needed to get finished so I bought it. Applied it at 10 AM . Light rain started at 4 PM and the rain washed loads of it off and was dripping all down my windows. What a mess. 6 hours had passed and still not shower proof. Absolutely useless
