For the price, this is pretty great. I was able to put this together by myself - and I’m an idiot. IKEA furniture is harder to put together than this.Just focus, take it slow, you’ve got this.And be careful not to split the wood.There’s areas that don’t feel the safest — so I made some altercations. I also put a sealer on the coop, just incase. Caulked some nail holes I messed up - that I didn’t trust.I did notice some areas of the coop wire were broken from transit. But i just repaired what I could, and purchased additional wire.Again, for the price this isn’t going to perfect. But it’s good enough!All in all, very cute. Happy with the purchase.And didn’t break the bank.

So easy to put together, some of the wires were bend but it’s wasn’t a big deal. It’s easy to move. Feels pretty strong and great side for hen and her chickies . My dad loves his little chicken coop.

the directions were a pain to read. it was just pictures and no instructions.

This coop is much smaller than the pictures imply. Only big enough for 2 chickens. Instructions were not well written. I had to redo some sections, which was a pain. The wood components are well designed and do fit together nicely. Word of advise for those who might use this in Hawaii - add chicken wire underneath the the entire unit and tie to the exterior walls of the 'yard' area to protect your chickens from mongoose. The mesh wire yard walls are strong enough to support the chicken wire wrap, which is great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This coop is a piece of poop! The tray is falling apart and we’ve had it for maybe two/three weeks. It’s cheaply made and is a waste of our hard earned money. We would have been better buying a kids doll house than this load of crap. Extremely pissed!

Very easy to put together, description says 2-4 chickens, if they’re babies I would agree, but for adult size chickens, I’d say only 1 or 2.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was easy to put together, sturdy, and looks good. Plenty of room for 4 chicks. Lots of room under the hen house for them to explore. I will order again to add more chicks.

You get what you pay for. Bought some chicks and wanted to get something that looked decent without breaking the bank. Definitely a 2 chicken max kind of coop. I have 4 chicks, so I’m planning on building something bigger myself once they start to out grow this in the next couple of months. Directions were probably the worst I’ve ever had. Stuff wasn’t labeled and you’d have to measure the screws and go through the pamphlet to figure out what part is what. If you want something for one or two chickens that doesn’t hurt the wallet this is for you. Anything more than that do yourself a favor and buy something bigger and better quality.
