Nice addition to our wok

The spatula is 18 inches and the spoon is 14.75 inches. Nowhere neat 16 inches. On the positive side, it's heavy duty for a restaurant. I returned my set.

About the loosen wooden handle knobs, Just put them in place and tab hard against a cutting board, then you all set.

The size is perfect...the reason I gave 3 stars for Sturdiness is because the handles seem a little light and loose. I thought they would be more solid.

These are nice but both handles were missing a screw or nail to hold the handles on. I grabbed the first one and I was left with the handle in my hand and the spatula on the floor. I found two small nails in my tool box and fixed them. They are nice now but you would think this should have been caught long before me.

The wooden handles broke after washing them . These are useless without the wooden handles protect you from the heat.

I havent even been able to use them once. I tried but the handles fell off.
