First of all, I purchased this GearWrench 3/8" Drive Pass Through Adapter along with the 1/4" Adapter as well as the 3/8" Drive Pass Through Reversible Ratchet. Initial order was lost so Amazon sent replacement Adapters but could not send replacement Reversible Ratchet because this was coming from another vendor which did not have anymore ratchets. So Amazon sent REFUND instead but sent replacement on the adapters. So I thought I could use the adapters for another Brand Ratchet. It does not work on Lowes Extreme Pass Through or O'Reilly's Power Torque Low Profile Ratchets. But lucky I had a Home Depot Husky 3/8" Pass Through Ratchet that the GearWrench 3/8" adapter fit. So it wasn't a waste of money getting this. I'm just disappointed that my GearWrench Reversible Ratchet was lost in Transit. This is not the first time ordering something from Amazon that things got lost or was not sent together with other parts. I expect Amazon send things separately so its gets there instead of combining multiple orders. This way Amazon cannot cover up by orders sent by shipping partners that wasn't Amazon's fault. Lucky I did not return the adapters which I should have but it would only waste my time. As far as a Amazon Customer. I think I would buy from EBAY in the future, because they have not lost any of my orders like Amazon.comBut this adapter is a good product. It would would be even better with the GrearWrench Pass Through Reversible Ratchet which I don't have.

Works good with pass thru ratchet so I can use standard drive sockets with it. Works with my Husky and Crescent pass thru ratchets. The quick release also work good. It’s a good quality adapter that that has held up to quite a bit of heavy use.

Item works and it's worth the money but while using it adapter will consistently pop out of your tool it does not fit snugly

The media could not be loaded.  Not sure what I was expecting. Saw others complain about it and you 100% wont get what is advertised. Guess I figured I might be one that might get the actual product. Vid shows mounted in a husky pass thru ratchet.

This gearwrench adapter works very well, easy to use and Is durable.I found it 100% compatible with my Husky, Crescent, Max Axess pass thru sets, but not my Kobalt or Ampro sets.

I thought "Why not convert my Husky Pass-Through ratchet into a standard one? All it needs is an adapter" And what do you know, this Pass-Thru to 3/8'' adapter actually exists. Now I have a backup ratchet in case my primary one breaks. This adapter feels solid and well built. It also has the quick release feature.Note: To attach the adapter, you place and push it on TOP of the ratchet instead of inserting from the bottom as pass-through sockets do. Got confused for a moment as to why it didn't fit.

I'm not sure what the hell this is supposed to fit in, I have some older versions that fit in my 13mm gear wrench and they are awesome but this don't fit in no wrench.
