Great value and easy installation
Great value made my cart run like new. Easy installation if you just remove the air filter box screw and then two side carb bolts and sliding air box out with intake assembly sideways

OUT OF THE BOX-perfect!
This has been sitting on my work bench for a year. We were gone for 7 of those months and I don't use the cart that much anyway. Yesterday I found the time to take off the old carb, which took longer than installing the new one. Tightened everything down and reconnected the hoses, pull the choke a couple of times and it started right up. I took it down the street expecting to adjust something to get the right settings. Absolutely perfect running and idling, I'm not touching anything. The old carb had been ran with ethanol gas and was gummed up. No ethanol will be used in this one. It doesn't smoke anymore either. Best quick fix I have found and easier than rebuilding the old carb.

Some parts didn't fit.
Part arrived quick. Parts worked fine except the gaskets had the wrong size hole. Had to use the old gaskets.:(

Did not Work
As with all of the "replacement" items, you know that there is a chance they won't be just like OEM parts. You buy them taking a chance that it might work and you save some money. Sometimes the individual pieces like jets or gaskets may be worth the price. In this case I don't think so.When I replaced the carb on my G16 and tried to start it fuel poured out the throat. I opened it up and checked the float but all seemed good. I tried again and the carb wasn't leaking, however, it was running extremely rich and wouldn't stay running. Tried adjusting the air bleed but nothing worked. My conclusion is that the tolerances are off so much that it will not work. I will try to get back some of the money by using it for spare parts. In my opinion if you want a simple bolt on carb that will work use Genuine manufactured parts. It costs more initially but the hours spent trying to get the cheap ones to work will cost more in the long run.You Get What You Pay For.

I am a mechanic by trade and I ended up buying this carb. as I got tired of chasing problems on the old carb. that was on the golf cart. For the cost of this new carb. it was really a no brainer. It is a direct bolt on. No issues with the install. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because after I have driven the cart around my property for about a month, the float bowl started pouring gas out the bottom of it. Upon inspection, the assembly of the bowl to the carb. body had damaged the gasket. So I ended up changing the O-ring and no more leak.
