After doing some research online and realising I've been taking the wrong kind of (brown coloured) resveratrol for months I was determined to find a brand that I can trust. I am really happy with this one, I like opening the capsules and mix the white powder with a spoonful of olive oil and then add a little yogurt, it has a pleasant taste like that. Already noticed its effect on my skin. Brilliant product, will buy more once I run out and highly recommend it!

I was looking for this for its purported properties I had seen in research literature, to supplement treating my own complex health issues. I am very aware of the issue of off-white/brown powders, the benefits of the trans stereoisomerism, etc etc and this product I have found to be up to my high standards. However I do have a complex medical history and I'm reviewing it as effective for me. But I am impressed by the quality of the product. I haven't looked into the company itself yet though, hopefully I won't be editing this review to say there's an issue there. The product does what I expect it to on chronic use.

Been taking this for about two months now and not expecting any "night and day" improvements, however I think overall, my sleep pattern has improved slightly. Normally I will wake several times during the night, however on average now down to 2-3 times. Clearly this is no more than a subjective impression, but I reckon I am going to continue with it.

Finally I found strong trans resverstrol with very good purity and is important for me as I’m genetically have difficulty to detox heavy metals so I have to be super careful with things I’m taking.I really like that company recommend even to open a capsule and mix with fat food which I’m always practicing any way to avoid capsules but their capsule is super pure too,I just prefer this way.Not additional additives etc.Perfecf!

I am taking this as part of a Lyme Disease protocol. I tried several different brands before trying this one.
