Not sure if this is just me. But this device hurt my feet after a few days of consistent use. Stretch was good, but it is a very hard surface and didn't feel good on my feet. Ankle where peroneal brevis tendon was replaced 1.5 years ago hurt like heck after a few days too. Returned it.

easy to use

I work in a PT clinic, and this is just as good and solid as the "name brand" stretcher in our facility, and half the price. Works great to stretch calves! Highly recommended for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, or general tightness.

I have to wear an AFO brace on my dropped foot. This stretcher is wonderful to exercise my ankle before and after I use the brace. Sturdy and easy to use while sitting or standing.

Very good for stretching calf. Very well made and strong. You can use it at your work place too and stretching throughout the day.

very cheap quality, not worth it. First of all its very small, if you have more that a size 10, its not comfortable.

It did not really help with my planters fasciitis. The product was not user friendly. It was wobbly l to use, hard to stretch the foot to get relief. The company was very good about returning.

A better stretch can be achieved using this product.
