** The Right Holley Vacuum Secondary Diaphragm For 4150 Holley 80570/80670 Street Avenger **
This Is The Right Holley Vacuum Secondary Diaphragm For 4150 Holley 80570 or 80670 Street Avengers. I called the Holley Tech Department to order a new Vacuum Secondary Diaphragm for my 17 year old 570 cfm Street Avenger. After being put on hold for 20 minutes when I called, I finally got a Tech to looked up the proper Secondary Diaphragm for my 80570 carburetor, and said it was Holley part # 135-4 that I needed. ** He said it was the proper one for the 4150 Holley 80670 Street Avenger too.** I have a 670 cfm Street Avenger also, so I ask for future reference. The Tech said they were out of stock and are back ordered when I called. I came here to Amazon and they had one in stock, so I got lucky here and got it installed the following day. The Tech was correct, so I also know now physically, it is the right size rubber diaphragm and the proper length shaft for the carburetor models listed above. The shaft length for the Holley # 135-4 is 2.054 inches. I hope this helps with cutting down on the 40 minutes with research for someone else, as I put in. I always research, so it cuts down with getting the wrong part when buying online. I hate that when the wrong part shows up !!!! P.S. - The new cork vacuum gasket is included with this Holley # 135-4 Vacuum Secondary Diaphragm, but "NO" new tiny C-Clip, at least mine came with a new cork vacuum gasket and no C-Clip. So take care of the C-Clip you remove when changing out your Vacuum Secondary Diaphragm, or you will have to locate a new very tiny one. Don't forget to replace the cork vacuum gasket, or you will more then likely end up with a vacuum leak, and your new Vacuum Secondary Diaphragm will not function, and other problems that occur from a vacuum leak in your intake system !!!!!

Worked for my Holley 4160 (List 1850-3)
When I pulled apart my old vacuum secondary diaphragm on my 4160 Holley, it had the dreaded look of cauliflower ear and was starting to rip at the edges. This was a perfect replacement. Kind of a nuisance to get it installed in the secondary, but patience is key.

This was a perfect fit.
This product arrived quickly and was perfect replacement for the old one. I didn't realize just how worn out the old one was until I compared them side by side. The old worn out diaphragm is probably the reason for the lag when the secondaries kicked in.

It's a Holley Secondary Diaphragm
What else is there to say? It arrived. It fit in the carburetor. It didn't leak. the secondaries open as expected. It didn't boost performance of the motor by 50 HP, but then it's a secondary diaphragm, not a bottle of nitrous.

Buy the cork gasket
When changing the diaphragm you have to take the pump off the carburetor. When you reinstall you will most likely need to replace the cork gasket. For what it cost, I would recommend you buy one and replace it. The diaphragm should come with it but does not.
