What a difference a new water filter can make!!
My coffee maker works properly once again. The water was collecting in the coffee grounds basket to nearly overflowing when I discovered that the water filter holder was removable and the filter was replaceable. Now it works like new again.

Bought these for our Kitchen Aid Coffee Maker (KCM1202) at work and they fit perfectly! I read other reviews/questions that said that these would not work, not sure why. These are exactly what you need for this model coffee maker.

We bought these because our coffee maker said we needed them. Since we use a brita filter we’re not sure if we needed them. Coffee tastes fine.

Be careful before you order this!
Don't order this if you have a Kitchen Aid KCM222 14 cup coffee maker.It's the wrong size. About two thirds of what it should be.Kitchen Aid's website says the replacement filter # is KCM11WF. But this one is to small.Not worth returning. Can't find the right filter anywhere.
