Easy set-up
Delivered at 12:10 on Friday. I was printing 10 minutes later - downloaded the driver onto my Mac laptop and just followed the instructions and it worked first time. Very easy to align print head and set up to scan. Prints are good quality and scanning multiple pages are at an acceptable speed but obviously not as quick as the printer we have in the office.

DO NOT BUY THIS
This printer worked on and off for a couple of years, until it just stopped connecting in Windows 10. I reset, reinstalled software, drivers, tried with USB, wifi, wifi direct, everything. Simply the most confusing system they could design. It seems you need the HP so called 'smart' software for everything, but it is a nightmare. It will show the printer connected but not print, or sometimes it will show as disconnected.Printing from phone or table was also a random game, sometimes it did, but not when you need it most.If they can't design something that will work well and simply, then this has completely failed its purpose to help work from home.Utterly rubbish, will throw to the dump as soon as I get another one. However, I've also tried Canon in the past with similar disappointment, I am on the quest to find a printer that works. In the old days you simply plugged it via USB and it worked. Nowadays these smart devices are jus making our lives miserable.

This is a replacement for my 2 and a bit year old HP Printer. When I contacted HP, ALL that kept coming up was "PRINTER WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED" (see above). I knew that before I contacted them!! all I wanted was find out where to get it fixed, and the cost. If something similar happens to this one, which is almost the same, I WILL NEVER BUY HP AGAIN. Other than that, is good for what I want it for, as regards printing, though more akward to set up (I haven't tried the scanner yet). Personally, I might still buy HP products, but NOT ANY of the printers.

Great upgrade.
Replaced my old office jet pro with this model. Changeover was easy, as was the change of printer on my HP instant ink account. Same excellent quality from HP.

Great Product, when working...
Great product to start, extremely easy set up and when working it’s great HOWEVER, be warned. If you experience any problems (in my case it was changing the cartridges) I had a number of error messages thrown back (see pictures). “Cartridge Defective”, have been in contact with the HP customer service for the last 2 weeks and I’m banging my head against a brick wall, terrible service and after being advised to pay for a whole new set of cartridges (which are around £100) it still didn’t work. I have no where to return this item which is clearly faulty and still within warranty (expires April 2021). So in summary it’s a great product IF it works, if not...good luck, you may find yourself buying another printer which I feel I’m about to do and it certainly won’t be HP.
