Red Fox Wireless EDGE IPX4 Bluetooth Wireless Headphone (Green) with Case

I bought the Red Fox Wireless Edge 5 months ago. Used it regularly. After 3 months the rubber ear bud cover came off. No extras were provided with the original package. Customer service told me "that happens" and I had to pay for a replacement and the shipping to get it. Two weeks ago, the mic for the headset stopped working. After submitting a warranty claim request I received a call and was told a replacement would be shipped out. After a week with no word I inquired and was told that there were new steps that I had to execute before my claim would be resolved.In short, when the headset worked it was fine. But it didn't work for long. And the company's customer service experience to date stinks.I hope at some point in the near future to get a replacement device so I can get a reasonable length of use from this $120 purchase. But whenever the time for a replacement comes, I won't buy it from Red Fox Wireless.

This was a big surpirse. I was recomended this by a coworker and after reading the reviews I was a little hesistant. I would buy another one of these without hesitation. instead of spending $350 on the Bose headphones, I sprang for these ones, and it was really easy to set up and pair. Not only does it have great efficiency when walking/mowing/errands, this also is a great hands free option for driving. The main reason that I use this for is for working out. This unit doesn't really bounce or dislodge. I am VERY finicky about things in my ears and usually hate in ear headphones. These actually fit really well and are comfortable for 3-4 hours (enough time for a marathon) this is just about the time for the battery as well. I would buy another pair tomorrow and I recommend this type of wireless headphone. It is definitely worth the money.

Broke on me just putting them on after a month of basic use. I've had the lg 700, jaybirds, powerbeats3 and this one was the worst. It isn't meant to fit in your ear so it attempts to over compensate by being louder but that doesn't translate to any bottom end. The formed design will cause problems for most because they are not mean to bend or flex in any way. If you just use them to run, they're a 3-star product. The mic sux so pass on that but not for any type of other workouts. If you've only had earbuds up this point though, you may like them. But once you've had the better offerings these just don't stand up.

Very disappointed with these. For them to be made for working out and to be "sweat proof", they aren't. I wanted to surprise my husband and bought these for him for his birthday last February. Of course they worked great at first. My husband works out at least five days a week and works up a really good sweat. After almost a year they shorted out on one side and when I contacted the company, and long story short, they wouldn't replace them. Now that I'm reading other reviews I decided to write one as well. Please don't waste your money until the manufacturer decides to fix the problem or to replace or refund people's money. Several people have complained about the same thing. It seems that they all short out around the one year mark.

A wonderful product. I'm now free of any cords !!!!!! This links seamlessly with my phone for music and podcasts. The headset is built extremely well.......durable and dependable. It's lightweight and remains in place even while running. It's comfortable. The only negative I would offer for the next generation is to consider some sort of audible warning to inform of the battery going dead shortly. Invariably, I find out the battery is dead when I'm in the middle of a 4-5 mile run as the headset just quits working.

I am a runner and I have tried many different headphones. The Red Fox Edge headphones are my personal favorites, based on my needs. I run 4 to 5 times per week and wanted something wireless that allowed me to hear my music and still hear the sounds around me. I also needed something that was comfortable and stayed in/on my ear. I purchased these in January (to replace my Sennheiser Adidas headphones) and they have been my go to headphones ever since. They pair with my phone every time, sound good and stay put. I also purchased a pair of JayBird BlueBuds (with Comply T-500 Isolation Tips) for indoor treadmill workouts and, while the sound was better, they would not stay put once I started sweating (but they're great for cutting the lawn). For runners that need headphones that stay in place, I highly recommend the Red Fox Edge headphones. The only negative I have is my hair would sometimes get caught in the flap that covers the USB port (so I cut the flap off...).

So far I have not had good luck with these headphones. The first pair the earbud casing came out and I returned them. Then on the second pair the on/off button is not working or it will not turn off. Each pair only lasted 5 runs. The product when working starts out great with great quality sound but after about 30 minutes the fit changes and with possible sweat in my ears (running) the earbuds come out a bit and the deep quality sound is no more. The sound is still there but hardly any bass. The 2 stars is really for the customer service because they sent me the new pair right away. I bought these because I run marathons and half marathons and I do love the cordless part BUT I am frustrated with the lack or sturdiness. I also use the hard shell case which I feel is recommended.

This is the 3rd headset I have bought from this brand. I loved the previous ones, but this one I need to turn it on & check because the sound will cut in & out.Then I turn it off & turn it back on, then it will work fine. It is just inconvenient.
