works well as described.
works well for need. I take it camping for all sorts of reasons and comes in handy every time! Easily bendable and workable. good quality wire.

Buy A Drill Powered Wire Twister Too
Touch heavy duty wire! Big nippers are needed to clip. If you are going to twist this wire for repairs, etc a drill powered twisting tool is a must!

Heavy wire that will last a long time
The 9 gauge is heavy wire good for a main vine support. You’ll need gloves and heavy pliers to bend and manipulate the wire. It was too heavy for me to tie knots like with a lighter 12 gauge.

Just slightly disappointed.
For the price it did exactly what I would expect. It was a little difficult to secure and I would probably go with the wire instead of the plastic again. I have it and will use it up though so I'm not totally disappointed.

#9 wire.
I have used #9 wire in concrete forms just fine. But this wire was tempered much harder than what I was familiar with. I have tried to make it at least a little straight but so far no luck. I guess I'll stretch it with my come-along and see that will work.

Good for using as hoops to hold up row cover in a garden
I bought this to use to make hoops to hold up my row cover on my garden beds. I didn't want to go the PVC route and wanted something that didn't take up much room when I store it and this fits the bill. I just tied the bunch together and hang it on the fence when not in use. I but two rolls of it and that was good because you use it up fast because it's thick. I think I got maybe a dozen hoops 3 ft high out of a roll, maybe a little more. That corresponds to probably each piece 8 or so feet long when you count the foot they're in the ground on each side. It's strong enough that I can stick it straight in the ground a foot and it will maintain its shape. A lighter gauge I'd probably have to put a metal or PVC tube of some kind in the ground and put the wire inside the tube. One caveat: given the thickness of this gauge I had to buy a special cutter for it. This cutter just barely does the job but for the amount I need to use it I wasn't going to pay more than $10 - $12 for a$30 cutter that would go through it like butter. Don't think you're going to cut this with tin snips or dikes because you aren't. I might have gone one gauge lighter and it would have been easier to cut but I'm not sure it would hold up the row cover as well as it does. I'm using a hoop about every 2 1/2 to 3 ft. I will buy it again.

Stiff wire!
This is very thick wire that I use to hold a bluebird nesting box in a tree. It worked perfectly.
