Q: Why does it say on the outer packaging that the white balls are positively charged?

I would imagine cos they are use ionic materials

Yes i have very hard water where i live and this is great. So much better now with this. It helps relieve exema irritation too

Q: What kind of shower head holder is suit for it ? i have 2 shower head holders but this not fit in .

Dear, This shower head is an universal shower head, and it fit for a standard shower holder. Please make sure that your shower hose be installed correctly by watching this video. And please insert the shower head from different side of the holder, because the holder will have different size of the place to put the shower head. If it still can't work, please contact us through amazon ,and show us your holder and the shower head. We will solve your problem based on the specific information.

Q: Can you drink the water from the shower head? My daughter fills up her water bottle with the shower because it won't fit in the sink

You should never drink bathroom water as it’s not safe. You should probably fill a jug from the kitchen tap and pour from that into your daughters water bottle.
