I got these for my mother-in-law as well as the liners of the same brand. She loves how she can just change the liner during the day and not have to change the entire pull-up every time. They are also great for overnight. She has not been leaking overnight since using the pull-ups and liners. She used to wake up wet every night using Depends overnight. She's so excited that I found these. These pullups are great on their own, but usually uses the liners for the convenience of not having to change the entire pull up during the day, just change the liner. It also saves money. She says that are so comfortable and is not too tight around the leg, yet does not leak.

These are an excellent product for those with an overactive bladder! They are disposable padded underwear that pull on like regular underpants, but provide the protection of a regular tape-on diaper. They can be easily pulled up and down to use the toilet when you make it in time, unlike a tape-on diaper, but provide great protection for those times when you are unable to make it to the toilet. They hug my body and move with me when I am active. They are quiet and discrete and fit nicely under regular pants or shorts with only a faint bulge when dry. The lining is very soft against the skin, much softer than regular cotton underpants in my opinion. I find them very comfortable to wear and I quickly forget I have them on until I need to use them. The padding goes up the front and back, but could be a little higher in front to better protect men. The padding is a bit wider in the crotch than store brand or Depend pull-ups for good protection in the area most likely to leak. The padding does swell as it absorbs leakage, so they will become thicker as they you wear and use them. The leakage is absorbed very quickly and you soon feel nice and dry after an accident. They can be comfortably worn for 4 hours with heavy leakage to all day with lighter leakage. They do a good job controlling odor, so you smell less like urine as you use them. They have leak guards that help prevent urine leakage at the legs and keep formed BMs contained safely inside the underwear. They come in a wide range of sizes to fit kids to large adults. I would recommend them for daytime wear for anyone with heavy leakage who can still make it to the bathroom sometimes. Despite the name, I would not recommend them for nightime wear for most people with heavy leakage due to the lack of side padding and the fact that the padding does not come up high enough in the front or back to fully protect you during sleep. I think most people with heavy leakage would get better protection and less leakage at night with a traditional tape-on diaper like the Tranquility ATN due to the snugger leg fit and more generous front, back and side padding. I use them during the day along with medication to keep me secure and protected from accidents. Overall, a great product for those who need reliable and very comfortable daytime protection from leaks.

For my first order I specified the Daytime. For my second order, I thought I ordered the same but received the Nighttime. I was at first annoyed, but when I weighed them, there was only half an ounce difference. I only use them for daytime use where it's just for small amounts so can't comment on whether it would suffice for an entire night.

My daughter with Autism wears these. They are the only ones that we trust to keep her dry all night.The only downside is that they are not very stretchy around the thighs, and the absorbency material sometimes comes out in her pull-up.

The diaper is ok, but the sizing is wrong. I bought the med for my husband, with a lot of hesitation. My husband has never been a med, being 38" or 40" waist but the size range put him in med. They are very tight and barely cover his bottom ( which is pretty small). The leg openings are very tight, as well.I also question why "overnights" do not have absorption all the way around, instead of just the middle. If you sleep on your side, gravity works against you. This is true of every "overnight" we have tried. I'm still looking for the perfect overnight option, but haven't found it yet.

I am a caregiver for a 96-year-old woman. She uses incontinence underpants at all times now. She is not able to walk to the bathroom unattended.I have been doubling up at night for years now. As a caregiver for my 90 yr old Uncle, I wanted to give him some control over his personal care as he gained strength. With these wonderful pull-up style diapers, he was able to use the restroom during the day and was still covered for accidents. I was able to do changes with him standing by tearing the sides to remove and having him step into the leg holes ang pulling up 3/4 of the way. (Always behind him for privacy sake) Then he was able to finish the jobon his own. There were no problems with leaks or chafing and his clothes fit with no problems.We drove across the country and these rode well!My one caution is to use the size chart for fit. The sizes are not the same as clothing sizes.

Bought these thinking it would be a case of 3 packages of 18 for $75+Only received 1 package of 18 highly disappointed I haven't even opened the package . Won't be purchasing again from this seller as they are clearly ripping people off BUYER BEWARE !!!

Didn't arrive on time, only half the order arrive. Completely dissatisfied. Will not use again.

Not satisfied at all.Ordered overnight ,received daytimeAnd the worst part I was expecting 3 case I received only one they charged me 57 dollors for only one case (18 diapers) which is ridicules.
