Is there an XLR adaptor for the pga31 mic, in order to use as a wired mic?

Use the Shure RPM626 in-line preamp adapter. It converts the TA4 plug to xlr and utilizes phantom power to allow it to go into a mixer. I use one along with a Rolls MM11 push to talk switch for stadium PA announcing.

What else do I need to buy besides this headset and a set of speakers in order for this work?

This headset as just a wireless microphone. You can't just plug a microphone directly into a set of speakers. You will need some sort of audio amplifier (an "amp") to boost the signal that goes to the speakers. The Amp should also have a loudness control (and possibly balance and tone controls if you really care about sound quality). NOTE: You need to be sure that the output socket on the PGA31 is compatible with the input jack on the Amp.

Do I need to purchase a wireless battery pack, and will it work with my current wireless at church. I am a keyboardist.

It depends on what your system is already at the church. If you have a Shure battery pack already then it should be compatible. That's why we stayed with Shure. Hope that helps.
