These are excellent!!

I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. It is not only far healthier than traditional pasta, it tastes great. Some olive oil, crushed garlic, grated parmesan... and I'm in business. And with all the protein and fiber it's perfect for a diet because I finished lunch an hour ago and I'm sitting here stuffed on 2 and a half dry ounces.

I really tried to give this product a chance, but wasted an entire container of homemade sauce in the process. I cooked the past according to the instructions, combined it with the sauce and found it completely inedible. It just tasted nasty. I had tried cauliflower pasta once before in a packaged meal and enjoyed it, but this...eeewww! Save your money.

I like to eat as healthy as possible so I wanted to try something healthy and different. This was so tasty, went well with the baked pasta. I recommend some of my friends to try it and I will reorder again.

I was skeptical because I've never made cauliflower macaroni and cheese but am really tryin to cut out carbs and I must say this was a nice substitute.

My kid has PCOS-IR so we are always trying to find healthier alternatives. Bought one box, tried them, they were great and everyone enjoyed them! Went to the grocery store to see if they had them…they did…and for more half off this price!

Not worth the one star you have to give it. I had such high hope for this product and it was such a disappointment. The noodles fell apart just by taking them out of the pot. I like my pasta al dente.. well a litter firmer than al dente. This stuff fell apart not even 3 mins into the cook time and the smell of less than pleasing... febreze couldn't even cover the odor this pasta left behind.
