Works great!
Oh man what a game changer. Sitting in my layout blind (off-brand) and cranking my head looking for geese was getting old. This provides the perfect neck support to relieve the stiff neck. I just leave it strapped on when I fold my blind up. I have a different brand of layout so the strap lengths were not correct and all I had to do was double wrap the strap around a bar to create the perfect length.

Not as padded as expected.
The ones displayed In The picture lead me to believe this had more pad to it that it really does.. theres a lot of empty space making for loose fabric.
