I bought one of these from the Boston museum of science and it was awesome. My son took it to school and someone stole it so I found this one on amazon. Same brand same product but inferior quality. Weird sticky texture gross ugly seems and the shape and texture was different as well. The sulci and gyri were much less pronounced on this one. Smooth brained. This one was much cheaper as well. Makes me wonder if they're making cheap ones especially for Amazon or something......

Sticky texture, ugly seems
When I opened the package the first thing I noticed was the poor shipping quality with a damaged box. The second thing I noticed when I unwrapped the brain is the weird and unpleasant sticky texture of the plastic material (it reminded me of the sticky hands for kids). The third thing I discovered was the poor quality of the seems. For the price you pay, it is not what I expected. So sad. Don't recommend. See images.Update: Seller was great to work with me and refund my money after I sent them pictures.
