Clairol's Soy4 Plex is a great coloring product. It thoroughly covers white hair, giving it a deep, lustrous and healthy-looking result. I've used it since it replaced Miss Clairol. There is nothing like it in the consumer marketplace. However, unlike the original Miss Clairol that drugstores used to carry years ago, it is only available from beauty supply companies to professionals. I had my hair colored for two years 15 years ago with two separate products that the salon carried, but neither covered my white hair deeply. After my first washing a week later, 35% of the color washed out.
