Perfect for 80's night
Purchased this for an 80's day at work. It's very comfortable and not tight at all. The bow is very cute and does not look super flat.

Cute but looks better online
It's cute but it doesn't look as good on. The fabric on the headband overflows the band so makes it look thicker. You can't really see it in the picture because my hair is dark and the car upholstery is dark, so it blends in. But I wish it was more streamlined with the bow being the main focal point. Also like most if not all other headbands, the points at the bottom are tight so it hurts after wearing it for a while.
