Flowmaster 9430502 50 Series Delta Flow Chambered Muffler

I started out with a Flowmaster Super 10. I knew it was going to be a very loud aggressive sound, so I had it installed as far towards the rear of the vehicle as possible. It sounded great, and around town was fine. But then the wife and I took a trip up to the mountians and it was horrible! Way too loud in the cab.Decided on this muffler and what a difference. It still has an aggressive sound, but not a headache in the cab! My wife still says she can hear me comming down the road, but it truly is quiet in the cab. Not stock quiet by any means, but not overwhelming either.

I bought my first set of flowmaster mufflers in 1999, and loved the sound. I had a two chamber on my current daily driver, but without converters the drone was too much. After the camshaft swap it got 20% louder, so it was time to buy a 50 series. Same great sound, much less drone.

Had the 40 series and wanted something with less drone, after doing some research i decided on the 50 delta, had it professionally installed and was super excited, however it still drones just like the 40 between 1500-2100 rpm, at below 60mph its quiet of you're light on the gas but once you get down it gets annoying, unfortuantely its been welded on but im going to try the 50 big block or the 70 series next, i cant stand the drone.

More of a growl than a rumble. Let's people know you have some American muscle under your hood without irritating the neighbors every time you start your engine. Put on my 5.3 Silverado

Too much interior noise, not for me

Moved into a HOA, made my truck quieter but no by much. It’s more tolerable and the drone isn’t bad at all.

great sound and easy to install with right in and out measuresments

Love it! My truck sound like a grown man now oppose to a little boy!
