I wanted to match a softer dusty pink in my room, and this was the closest affordable contact paper I could find that might match the color. But in the photos, to me, it looked too beige and not very pink. But I took a chance, and it was perfect and definitely pink! See my photos for an example.I was going to paint my IKEA Kallux drawers, but I was really loving the "tweed" grasscloth look of a lot of the fabric cube inserts I was buying. I LOVE the way they turned out, and the look they have! It's exactly what I wanted. The fabric cube inserts I want run a minimum of $5 and up. I ended up covering 8 drawer fronts for less than $6 total, and still had more of the paper left over!It was easy to install, and sticks pretty well, but I do have some edges lifting where I cut the paper a little short where it wraps around the back of the edges. All of the contact paper brands I've bought seem to do the same thing, so I feel it may just be inherant to using peel and stick "wallpaper" on a non-flat surface (the edges). But the issue is minor so far, and I'm fine with it. I may add a little glue to help it stay better if it becomes a bigger issue.I also have started saving some nicer built boxes (like shoe boxes) and covering them. The look great and cost much less to cover than to buy ready built boxes (though not as sturdy). Over all, I love using this paper, and appreciate the look, texture, thickness, and quality!

the roll I received had blemished from being packaged with other items that beat up the roll in transitI will not be purchasing any more rolled sheet goods from Amazon any more.The product itself seems okay. This product was a poor choice for the alternative, non standard use I intended for it. It's more paper like, than vinyl like, so to use it in a contact paper task was not a good choice . It's wall paper, and not a covering to be utilized on table tops, shelving, a suit case, or what I tried it on, a sewing machine tote case.

IMMEDIATELY STARTED PEELING OFF THE WALLS!! This is the worst product. It only stayed on the walls for 3 days before starting to fall off! Wasted multiple days putting it up, and pretty much as soon as we finished it started coming undone. Horrible horrible product. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I used 2 rolls to make my ugly closet sliding doors easier to look at. I am super pleased with this product and I highly recommend it! The product is BEGINNER FRIENDLY, it was EASY to apply, it is forgiving if you make mistakes, and it looks GREAT!I wiped down the surface of my wooden closet doors with rubbing alcohol, let it dry, and then applied the wallpaper from the top down, making sure to smooth it out as I applied it. I am disabled and did this solo. I also overlapped the seams just a little bit and it looks great. This particular pattern is awesome because I didn’t have to spend a lot of time trying to get the pattern to line up perfectly between panels… it naturally lines up however you apply it, which made the process go quickly. Because I used this on sliding closet doors, I was able to trim the edges/overhang with a clean straight edge razor (probably not necessary for other uses.) The entire process only took me about 4 hours- and that’s counting the time it took to cut doorknob handles and fine-tune other details. When I goofed up and needed to peel parts of the vinyl off the surface to reapply it, I was impressed to find that it left zero residue and it was easy to adjust and smooth down again. Perfect for temporary rental homes. It’s easy to cut, clean and handle.If you have a pet, make sure you vacuum/sweep/clear away hair and debris away from the entire area before you begin. Once I had worked the wallpaper down towards my floor, clumps of my dog’s hair kept floating over which complicated things for me. I should have dealt with that prior to application. Clean surface = easy application.I am NOT very good at DIY home improvement projects. I was very skeptical of the product and my limited abilities. I am shocked that this product actually worked as well as it did. I love it!I recommend you order at least 1 extra roll than you think you need… mostly to just be prepared and have more in case of any initial user error (like if pet hair gets in your way!)I used about 1 roll per closet door (a standard size door in America.)Also, the “green” color I ordered is more like a sea foam light blue-green, which works out well for me.It is way better than I expected! I am thrilled with this product and I think you will be too.

This paper is stunningly beautiful! I bought it to top a couple small pieces of furniture and quickly found other uses for it. It is very thick, heavy paper which does away with those annoying bubbles you inevitably get with lighter weight papers. It goes on smooth and flat, sticks well, will stand up to everyday use, and gets a ton of compliments. Regular price was $9.69 for a 10 ft roll, already a bargain price for paper of this quality, but it had a 20% discount coupon on top of that, making it one of Amazon's bargains of the year imo. If you want a lush, rich-looking, durable yet economical paper that is easy to work with, grab this one before it disappears!
