Like it, but don't expect really hot towels
We really love our heated towel bars, but they definitely fall in the luxury vs necessity category. The towels get warm, not hot, and the heat dissipates pretty quickly when you unfold for use. However, the towel warmer does do a very good job of drying the wet towels and preventing the moldy smell the towels usually pick up after a couple of days of use. We follow the manufacturers recommendations to fold the towel so there are four layers of the towel on each side of the warmer. The mechanical part of the installation was pretty easy, electrical will depend on your specific situation. We have our two warmers connected to a single timer which we have set to "on" from 3AM until 10PM. We mounted the left side of the warmer to a stud, and used expansion bolts to attach the right side to the existing drywall. I did add 1" washers to all 4 mounts, because the holes for the expansion bolts are almost as large as the mounts that come with the warmer -- so the washers keep the mounts from pulling into the holes in the drywall. After you determine the location for the top left mount, and install, it's very easy to hold the warmer against the wall, level, and then mark the locations for the other 3 mounts, as well as the electrical plate cover.

Not as warm as we like
Towels definitely do not get hot, only a tad warm. That was a big disappointment. Otherwise, it is nice looking. Putting it on the timer will definitely help warm it before use. It takes a long time foe bar to warm up.
