Very good quality grips - much better than Harley's stock ones!
I'm giving this product a 5 star rating because compared to the lousy Harley stock grips, they are impressive in both looks and practicality. But from the connecting part, the internal plastic quality could be better. I expected more from Kuryakyn. My right-hand grip had excessive plastic irregularity where the grip fits into the switches housing and I had to file it because it would cause friction.Other than that, the grips were made with good quality, felt much better than the stock grips, easier to handle, better to hold on with and easier to accelerate, especially as I bought the throttle boss. Those extra 11$ did make a noticeable difference.Installation was pretty easy and the left-hand grip came with the required glue (so no need to buy separately). One thing to notice is that you can easily remove the stock left-hand grip without damaging it or tearing it apart like I saw in some videos. You can easily remove them with a screw driver. Search for videos and you will find the way. In the same sense, when gluing the new grip, try to only apply glue from both ends (no need for large quantity of glue) so that you can remove with ease in the future if you need to...So there you go...I would certainly recommend these if you can afford them. There are other affordable grips that do the same trick out there, but I admire Kuryakyn products as they are well worth their price.

Replaced existing throttle grip
My existing Kuryakyn throttle grip was 13 years old on the custom chopper I have. The inside part of the old grip that held the throttle cable circle pin had broken. I replaced with a new one and it works magnificently. See attached pictures for the 13 year old throttle grip and the new one after following the instructions that come with the new pair of grips. The delivery on this was the fastest I've ever seen from Amazon. I ordered at about 6pm yesterday and the new grips arrived this morning at 8:30am.Pros of the Kuryakyn 6212 Premium ISO Grips:1. Looks good2. Comfort is great3. Installation is easy when following the instructions4. Price is goodCons:Nothing that I can think of

Great!
I looked far and wide for grips with throttle assist that fit my fly by wire 19 street glide. Turns out this company actually got bought out by another company and split up and no longer making hand grips. Only issue I had is the supplied grip glue supplied was all hardened. No biggie I had some here. Love the grips!

Excellent Grips!
I love these grips! I will never be able to ride with the stock hand grips again. I am a big fan of Kuryakyn anyway and this product is just another reason why.I installed this myself on my 2005 HD Softail Springer Classic. It was supper easy to do, just Google a video of watch someone else do it first. The whole process took about 30 minutes. These grips are very comfortable and I love the throttle boss addition. I have put about 3000 or so miles on these grips and have had zero issues. I am sure these grips will be on every bike I own from now on.BE WARNED: The glue used to install these grips is VERY STICKY and VERY FAST ACTING. Be sure you have everything ready before you apply the glue because it is unforgiving!

how the throttle grip fits on the bar
the grip on the left side fits snug, but the grip on the right side fits a little bit to loose. should fit a lot more tight. it is kind of disapointing because of that. they can do better. but they look great and feel good.I will see how it goes.

Favorite grips
Not my first set , I got a second Harely and immediately ordered a set for it. Comfortable and they really do isolate vibration.

Fatigue reducing grips that feel good
I ride a Harley Fatboy CVO and have mild arthritis in my hands that causes me pain and hand fatigue from holding the throttle grip when I ride. My son bought a Sportster that was equipped with a set of these grips and I was amazed how well they worked to eliminate the fatigue of holding pressure against the throttle spring. Instead of holding the grip, you can apply throttle simply by pressure with the palm of your hand. I liked my son's grips so much I ordered this pair for my Fatboy. The grips are also a little bigger around then most grips so they are very comfortable in your hand. I can't give 5 stars for ease of install because I paid my local Harley dealer to install them on my bike.

Fit and look awesome
I read all instructions, and read the reviews. So I had marked my clutch side with a marker so I knew exactly how far to install the grip before the provided glue stuck. Worked perfectly. The instructions tell you the glue will set quickly (and it does) but if you are ready, and put it on in one smooth movement, you do have enough time to get it on in the right place. I had these same grips on my last bike and still love them. packaged well and shipped fast.
