Great product even better customer support. Had a malfunctioning main board and they sent me a new one right away.

I bought mine early last year, and honestly, it took a bit before I unboxed it and began using it. Once I did, however, I found it was easy to put together, and even easier to use. If your looking for a 3D printer that is at a great price, and you're like me and do not want to do a lot of post-cleanup work, you cannot go wrong with this printer.

Buyer be aware, Used my A5S once and the heating element went out. Waited 6 weeks for the replacement parts to arrive. Now I get no response from the touch screen. I have reached out several time to JG Maker and Zero customer support. I have waisted time and money.Update, I finally received a response. It was a link to a video to take my unit even farther apart. No trouble shoot advice. My unit is still non functionable and NO resolution in site. JG Maker Customer support ZERO.Now 4 month since I started reaching out for help from JG Maker. I have again reached out via Amazon and there direct web site ZERO. If you JG Maker unit fails, throw it away. You are going to receive NO Help
