Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 28 oz

This is the original sirachi sauce in this style and it's still the best. It has been difficult to find lately due to issues from the manufacturer but it was worth the wait to get some. It has a great mix of flavors that can be used on almost anything. Not too hot, not too spicy or garlicy, but just right. It is more expensive than it used to be but hopefully someday the supply will increase in the cost will come down.

I was very sad when I couldn't find this product in my local stores. In my panic I immediately went to Amazon to see if this brand still existed and of course Amazon came to the rescue. This is without a doubt the best tasting Siriacha sauce in existence. You can put it on anything to enhance the flavor. I bought the 4 pack of the large bottles, so I won't run out soon.

I was delighted to find my favorite Siracha in a larger size. I use this everywhere my food needs a little something extra. Just enough heat with a garlicky tang that adds to the mayo on burgers. I even add it to ketchup for my french fries.

What can you say, except finding it in the store has become nearly impossible. Stocked up for the second time a couple of months ago when I heard Huy Fong pepper supplier problem stalls Sriracha production. Have 3 bottles left, should make it til Spring. Still the best sauce around!

I am also impressed that the seller hand-stamped the expiration date (it matched the OEM inscribed date on the bottle) because it shows me that they pay attention to shelf life.I'd buy again from this seller and at this price. One star off for elevated price point, but a fantastic sauce for so many things. I use it often.
