Must have
I am a healthcare worker and I bought this when my husband had COVID-19. Because oxygen Sats drop fast with this virus, I needed to monitor him. It is similar to the ones we use in clinics and worked very well. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works well, would buy again and recommend to friends
Shipping could not have been faster or smoother. Absolutely your typical / usual Amazon experience!Product looks well made and so far looks like its reading b.p.m. and o2 correctly. The display even shifts depending on how you hold the unit. It's small and works well. Single multi use button. Hopefully it will get us through these trying times and let us know what our o2 levels are if we need them!It seemed a little expensive but dont mind if it works for a long time accurately, that's the important thing!Thank you guys!

Very disappointed. O2 readings are inconsistent, raising questions of accuracy
My first order was clearly defective. It behaved very erratically, so I returned it. Because of the high reviews that many have given, I decided to order a replacement hoping that the one I received was just a fluke. Some of the time, the unit would give me a reading of my pulse and oxygen saturation level, although the O2 level was less than what I have typically experienced in readings at the hospital/doctor's offices. So I was unsure of its accuracy. However, the real problem is that much of the time, it wouldn't give me any reading. When the display was working, the readings were erratic. Sometimes the readings were steady. Sometimes not. For example, within 3 minutes it read my pulse at 111 bpm at one point and at 31 bpm at another even though I was just sitting. The seller was very cooperative and quickly sent me a replacement for the defective first order. I was hoping to receive one that now worked consistently and accurately. Every time I've had my oxygen saturation level measured in the doctor's office, it's been in the 95 to 98 range. Sometimes the replacement unit measures my oxygen saturation level at about 93 to 95 (that may be a little low since I haven't been ill recently). If that measurement were more consistent, then okay. But when I take the measurement again within a few minutes, the unit shows readings in the 80s. How is it possible for my oxygen level fluctuate so much when I I haven't been moving around? On the other hand, I think the pulse rate seems to be generally in the ballpark. What's helped is that I have a couple of other instruments to measure both oxygen saturation and pulse rate. I was looking for one unit that did both measurements well and conveniently and am very disappointed with this one.

Erratic Readings
Tried to get a baseline on myself and family members, and readings were all over the board just minutes apart. Pulses ranged from 20-135 and we were all just sitting around the table trying to figure out how this worked. SPO2 readings seemed low 90-91 for a healthy person with no breathing issues.I had purchased this in case any of us came down with COVID, I was hoping it would help us gage if vitals were getting worse, but I don't trust this device when I can't get consistent baseline readings when we are healthy. I will be returning it.Also, as another reviewer mentioned, there is no manufacturer name on the box...just really generic description of product, so I'm not sure who made this product.

Poor Product at High Price
The %SpO2 reading does not appear to be accurate. I have used pulse oximeters in aviation for many years. My normal reading at sea level is 98%. This device varied from 94 to 97 over a period of a few minutes. As an experiment, I again took a reading while breathing pure oxygen. The reading started at 97 and went DOWN to 94. The display flickers and is erratic. The display will not reverse for different finger positions although the instructions say this can be done automatically or manually. The item arrived several days after the scheduled delivery date and when received, the screen was scratched and marred. There are no manufacturer’s or band names on the device, the packaging or the instructions. Who do you call for support?? For a device this expensive, I expected a much better product. I am returning it.

Handy device to have on hand in light of recent events
I’ve had this device for a few weeks now and have been testing it on and off. With the recent pandemic being a respiratory disease and multiple people in my family who are immunocompromised, purchasing this little device gave me a peace of mind if ever one of them gets a bit short of breath or has difficulty breathing. With nothing to compare it to, I can’t attest to the accuracy of blood oxygen level. I can only say that it works seemingly well. It’s small and portable and easy to use. It comes with a lanyard and even my Father in law with vision problems can read the led display. Overall pretty satisfied with this purchase.

scratched screen
I just got it. It seems to work okay but the product screen has multiple scratches on it. It's supposed to be new and for the price I would expect it to look new, not like it has been tossed around with sharp claws. I may return it or at least not buy from that particular seller again. The info sheet has no useful information about how to interpret the read out information, not even a diagram showing the info screen.

Life-saving device, a must have during COVID-19
It is a life-saving piece of equipment to have especially during the outbreak of COVID-19. Already helped identified some people I knew with issues. You’d be surprise how much time you will spend in a waiting room just to wait for a test from this same device.Think of the time you save when you dial 911 having this information already on hand for the call. (anything below 90 is indicative of lack of oxygen to the lungs)You can literally save your life or the life of a loved one with this device, The cost will pay for itself with one life saved.
