They aren't super strong or reinforced and they're kind of dusty, meaning tape isn't fond of sticking so you'll need to use a lot.But they're as described and suit my purposes.They come decently packaged as flat boxes wrapped in plastic and secured with plastic straps.

The size noted 20x20x4 is inside volume... BUT the shipping companies (USPS, UPS and FedEx) all have a price point at 20x20x4 as the outside dimensions. Every time I ship using these boxes I have to argue with the counter person and point to the stamp on the box. So far they have given in and shipped it at the under $20 per box rate. But first they quote they give me is $60+ for an 'oversized' box and 10 days shipping time. I have shipped 4 of these boxes from NY to CA for $19 each, and they arrive in 3 days... but I think my 'luck' is going to run out, they are getting use to me. So, I have been cutting the corners back a 1/4" (and removing a 1/4" from each of the flaps,) and folding the boxes tight so as to be under the 20x20x4 on the outside dimensions. Still a very good box, almost the perfect [max] size. Just wished they made the box 20x20x4 on the outside.

Product fits into the box perfectly and easy to seal.

These are exactly what I needed!

The size was perfect to mail my art (paintings) it fit a 20x16 snugly but perfect. The box themselves are very sturdy. I gave it a few stars for price. They were very expensive but durable
