The best kitten food
I started using this food a couple of years ago when I rescued my first set of kittens. The vet had recommended it to me. I have tried a few other kitten foods and none of them have compared with purina one. Since I have rescued 9 more kittens all of which have been fed this food. They were all in bad shape when I rescued them all under a pound in weight. Now all healthy and thriving. Everyone of them seemed to love the taste even. Didn't upset tiny tummies

My Kitten Is Obsessed! Total Peace of Mind.
My kitten absolutely loves this kibble. He eats every bite and meows like a maniac the second I walk near where I keep the bag. It’s genuinely such a relief to know he’s getting a high-protein, healthy formula that he actually enjoys. As a cat mama, it gives me total peace of mind knowing he’s well-fed and thriving. Plus, the 7 lb. bag lasts a good while, and I feel good about what’s in it.Highly recommend if you want something nutritious that your kitten will go feral for (in the best way)! Good product
Got this for a new kitten who I had recently adopted. She was about 8 weeks and weaned off milk. She enjoyed this cat food. To be honest though, my big cats liked it more than she did. She prefers wet food. No problems with this food. They seemed to enjoy the taste of the food, the bag lasted awhile, and I’d buy again if I needed to.

Did what it is supposed to and m9re
Not sure what's in it, but our kitten loves this stuff. He is now a hefty (not fat, just BIG) 1 year old. Looks to me like it did its job. And the dog even likes it too.

Kitten ignores, older cats love
Cats being cats, the kitten barely nibbles preferring the adult cat food, but my two adult cats love it. Came in good condition with about a year expiration.

Read review! Moderate to lowish carb.
I have done so much research on carbohydrates & cat food. Surprisingly this has 25% carbs on a dry matter basis. The lowest carb content that Purina, Iams, Fancy Feast & 90% of all dry cat foods have. The only foods that are lower are Dr. Elseys, Wysong & Instinct for kittens & possibly 1 or 2 more. Of course those cost a ton more. I buy Dr. Elseys Clean Protein Chicken & with my vet’s permission mix in a quarter of this so the bag will last a whole month & the carb content stays under 10% dry matter basis. Cats do not have ANY need for carbs & that’s why there is not a minimum requirement on the bag. Carbs = fat cats & diabetic cats. Most important feed wet food as most all wet cat food especially Pates are very low in carbs. A healthy cat should have 10% & under & diabetics 5% & under. Cats really need moisture so feed this moistened when possible. When feeding cats think Catkins a play on Atkins. Good luck! 👍 PS. All foods mention are available here on Amazon and Dr. Elseys is $13 & it’s 6% carbs which just so happens to be the amount of carbs in a mouse from the plant matter in their stomach. Wysong for dogs AND cats has fewer at around 2% & starch free. 5 lbs $24. This food is one of the better dry kitten foods for those feeding lots of cats. Ingredients could be better but then it would be more expensive. You won’t find lower carb food anywhere near this price but at least feed moistened. I add 1 cup per month to Dr. Elseys dry food & I can get 1 month of food. I freeze the Purina & that bag last a very very long time. Remember healthy cats under 10% carbs fry matter & diabetics, 5% and under. Canned is best.Update: cat still enjoys this mixed into Dr. Elseys clean protein dry food. Junior has been eating this close to a year now. He’s fed approx 3-4 oz of wet food daily & I leave dry out from early am to bedtime. It’s still much lower in carbs. For example this is 25% carbs yet Iams is almost 50%. That’s right, over half the food in Iams is made up of grains, starches, corn & corn derivatives. Yuck! This is not perfect but a much better dry food. :-)Update: still feeding it mixed w/Dr. Elseys & my cats are muscular & fit. My old diabetic cat is now in remission feeding this the specific way I do. No more insulin! Yahoo!

My Cat Likes it!
My cat eats this food very well. He's nine months old and started eating it as soon as he started on dry food.
