I didn't like the packaging the bags were thrown in the box. It's a decent coffee for the monetary notes.

Good aroma before making coffee.. not so much after
I liked the wonderful aroma when I opened the pack, but after I made the coffee the taste was just ok. Not any better than Panera or Starbucks coffee. Maybe I should had chosen “classic” lavazza coffee.

Great flavor
For reasons they will not divulge, Lavazza has discontinued this blend in whole beans. This is as good as the whole bean variet, even though I prefer to grind my own..

I love this coffee but the item came damaged, with coffee all over the packaging. They should use some other type if packaging for this coffee.
