Krusteaz Professional Donut Mix, 5 Pound

It is good. But my homemade ones taste the same. I was looking for the light fluffy one venders sell. But this product is very good.

Tasted amazing, deep-fried w/raspberry jelly injected in some and lemon custard in the others. Soooo good!! Did need to mix with flour to use the donut mold effectively

I bought this to try on my concession truck, this is the worst mix I have ever tried. Too bad I wasted this money and it is not even returnable. It tastes like flour and water mixed then fried. I had 17 taste testers to try my new products and not even one of them would eat this. Kids were spitting this out. Very disappointed

Easy to use

Took some practice but got the donuts to form right, but tasted good no matter how the cooked up

Adjust for smaller batch. Don't go runny stay thicker

Not my favorite taste.

Made a 2# batch of holes with 20x sugar and poof.. all gone but 2. The mix has a good taste and mixes easy enough by hand. It is like the Old Fashion mom used to make so don't expect it to have your typical donut from the the big manufacturers.
