Does this come with a dice box of some sort? Or some way to carry the dice?

At a family gathering we planned on playing several D&D sessions. As hosts I ordered five sets of dice to make sure that we had enough. All sets came with dice bags, none came boxed to the best of my memory.

Are these dice manufactured in the U.S.A.; and if not, where?

I believe that all five sets that I purchased were made in China. None were made in the USA according to my memory.
