I originally bought a travel sized version of these wipes while in Japan after realizing I hadn’t packed any eye makeup remover. Got them cheap at a 7-11 near my hotel. Since then I searched everywhere for the same product here in the US. I was so excited when I found Amazon carried them. They feel so much nicer than similar products available in the US. They easily remove all my eye makeup (including waterproof mascara) in just a couple passes unlike my Neutrogena wipes that often leave me rubbing harshly. They also come in a very cute box. My go-to makeup wipes moving forward 🤗

This is so silky and makes my face feel soft and wonderful. After I rub it in, I rinse off and follow up with my cleanser. It removes makeup and sunscreen. The price is great also.

This product removes makeup pretty good+ quickly but, would be better if it was scent free+does not burn my eyes when trying to remove my eye makeup.

I first tried this product in the Philippines. When I came here in the US, I noticed that only Walgreens is selling this item and has to be ordered online. I am glad they have a flagship store in Amazon. A little goes a long way in this product. It removes even the toughest eyeliners and mascaras. This one is for keeps. Worth the price. Love Japan products!

Although it says it even removes mascara, don't use this around your eyes. I've tried it twice as a mascara remover, and both times my eyes stung and my vision was cloudy, as if there was a film on my eyes.It did feel pleasant, not heavy and gross, on my skin. However, I wanted it for mascara removing, as I expected it to be nourishing. I don't wear makeup except on my eyes, so it doesn't help me--back to the micellar water.

Melts away my makeup so easily. Wipes away with a warm wet washcloth. No mascara residue.I love cleansing balm but I think this is my new go to. Extremely happy with this!!!

I have used many kinds of cleaning oil including expensive kinds over years. This Biore is considered as the inexpensive drug store kind in Japan, but brought me the biggest satisfaction ever. It cleans my face without drying, and makes my skin feels softer and smoother next morning. I can tell the difference when I put on my makeup. Love it!
