Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Powder

I have tried the entire juice beauty line for acne and for me, none of it worked except for this powder. This powder is one of my two acne concealer staples! My #1 piece of advice for getting rid of acne is to not mess with your skin and keep blemishes covered so you aren't tempted to check them in the mirror 5 million times a day. I even wear this powder at night so I don't obsess over my skin. I like that this powder is nice and light and really is soothing on the big, painful blemishes. My personal acne concealing method (and I think it's pretty much the best ever) is to first cover the spot with the murad acne concealer and blend it into the skin and then apply the juice beauty concealer over that using the flat side of a small makeup brush. It fills in all the textural imperfections and makes the mural concealer stay in place all day, even through sweaty workouts! This has been my method for years and my acne is pretty much gone now. When I do have a super huge, painful one though I like to apply this powder to the spot using a Q Tip so I don't contaminate my makeup brush.

My friend suggested that I try this stuff to cover up the awful blemish on my face. I didn't want to spend ~$30 on something ELSE for my face without having tried it first so I asked her to bring some into work so I could try it out first and it's sooooo great! I used it to cover up the blemish and it did it so well that it's hardly noticeable now. I wish I'd known about it this past weekend because I went out with a bunch of friends and I'd tried to conceal it with what I had at home and it just looked awful! Nothing I had at home (several different products) did nearly this well. If this also has healing powers - more power to it! But even without the ability to heal it quickly, I'm already impressed. Anything else will be icing on the cake.

I generally love Juice Beauty, but I'm just not that impressed with this product. I had been using their refining finishing powder, but really only to mask any sheen left over from the CC cream. Since this was my only reason for using it, I decided to switch to the blemish clearing powder because I began breaking out in the spring, as I do every year.Without the blemish clearing powder, I use the CC cream and the concealer. These caused an oily appearance on hot summer days, and so I introduced a powder. With the powder on top, however, I noticed dryness and flaking around blemishes. I also didn't really notice any positive effect on the blemishes, such as faster healing or minimizing of redness and inflammation. It's okay, but I think I will probably stop using it.

This powder is THE BOMB! I use it all over my face, aside from under my eyes, where I use their other loose powder. HOWEVER, I'm pretty perturbed by the inability to get all of the product out of the container. I've tried tweezers, pliers, and a knife to to try jimmy the cap off to get the last of the product about, as its axsignificantbamoimt for the size of the jar. This is not cheap for how little powder you get. This issue needs to be addressed, as I'm gonna have to stop buying it, despite loving it. It works fantastically to keep me completely shine free and treat blemishes, but I'm frustrated by the money I'm wasting, not able to access 100% of the product. At least in their regular loose powder, you can pull the top off and get your brush into the last of the product. It saddens me that a design flaw in packaging will ultimately force me to stop buying a godsend product. PLEASE ADDRESS AND FIX.

This doesn't cause break-outs but I don't know if it necessarily helps them, as it claims. You're basically getting a tiny amount of powder for a lot of money. And while I'm no stranger to spending a lot on makeup, this doesn't even really have coverage. If you like Juice Beauty and want to try one of their powders, try their setting powders. MUCH more product for the price and very similar ingredients.

THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS IN TAMING THE BEAST OF AN ANGRY BLEMISH. IT DOES SORTA DRY IT OUT. SO BE SURE & NOT GO OVERBOARD W/IT SO YOU DON'T DRY OUT SKIN AROUND THE BLEMISH. I USE A Q-TIP. IT COVERS MOST OF THE REDNESS TOO WHICH IS NICE. SEEMS TO HELP IT HEAL FASTER. SO FAR I LIKE A LOT OF THESE JUICE BEAUTY PRODUCTS AS I HAVE SEVERAL. MY FAV BEING THE PEEL- IT'S THE BOMB!

Super TINY! Half the size of Juice Beauty Refining Finishing Powder and way more expensive. I don't know if it's working yet. It's very light in color when on and only comes in one shade. I found that I had to use BOTH the Juice Beauty Refining Finishing Powder AND the Juice Blemish Clearing Powder due to the consistency of the Juice Beauty Refining Finishing Powder. - it was too matte under my eyes. I use the Juice Beauty Refining Finishing Powder on my T-Zone and the Juice Beauty Refining Finishing Powder everywhere else.

Good powder but kind of light in color. Bought this thinking that it was my usual powder. Oh well it will work.
