Great Japanese moxa without smoke. One patch will last anywhere from 3~5 hours of heat treatment.Sennenq company has been around more than 65 years and produce excellent/safe moxa products. I have been user of moxa smoke/non-smoke version for more than 25 years. This patch moxa is so great for putting on acu-points for a good health. Muscle pain, digestive problem, skin etc. Effect is so good after the treatment, even the day later. Check for Sennenq website for acu-point map in English.

Not bad

I used these instead of the traditional (very) smoky Moxa on accupucture points. But I found the effect is only limited to barely warming up the are for 1-2hr. And it’s hard to stick it onto smaller area (elbow etc) and not practical to remove and re-stick easily. Definitely not seeing any results as the traditional moxa with this product. I will not recommend if you’re seeking practical results.

I use these MOXA on my naval for soothing my GI and stop dizziness, for only 20 minutes since I have sensitive skin. Remove it and tape to my thighs for 2 -3 more hrs. Love the healing power.
